1. Booking Cancellations
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services, such as accommodation bookings, will be clearly specified as non-refundable at the time of booking.
- Any service marked as non-refundable cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.
3. Force Majeure
If a trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), the following options will be available:
- A rescheduled trip at no additional cost (subject to availability).
- A travel credit for future use.
- A partial refund, depending on the expenses already incurred.
4. Special Promotional Offers
- Trips booked under special promotions or discounts may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Changes to Itinerary or Services
- If we must make changes to your itinerary or services (due to supplier issues or other unavoidable circumstances), we will offer a comparable alternative or issue a partial refund for the affected service.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days of cancellation, depending on the payment method used.
- All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be processed back to your credit card.
7. No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time will result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refund.
