1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Partial payment options may be available for certain packages.
- Your booking is confirmed only after a confirmation email from us.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made within 15 days of the trip or if you are removed for violating any of the terms listed below.
3. Behavioural Expectations
- Respectful Behaviour: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the local community, the environment, the property, staff, and fellow travellers.
- Misconduct: If you engage in any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, including harassment, rude conduct, or threats toward the owner, staff, or other guests, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately. No refund will be provided, and you will be asked to leave the premises.
- No Alcohol Consumption: Drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises unless otherwise stated for specific occasions or in designated areas. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal without a refund.
4. Health and Safety
- Medical Conditions: Guests must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements when booking to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
- Travel Insurance: All guests are encouraged to have valid travel insurance that covers health, accident, and evacuation services.
- Safety Guidelines: You are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our staff, including but not limited to safety during farm activities, interaction with animals, and local excursions.
5. Rural and Agro-Tourism Environment
- Nature and Farm Activities: We will provide guidance and safety instructions, but guests must act responsibly during these activities.
- Animal Interaction: Be respectful and cautious around farm animals. Mistreatment of animals will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate removal from the property with no refund.
- Sustainability: We promote sustainable and eco-friendly practices. Guests are encouraged to conserve water, reduce waste, and avoid littering. Any violations of these practices may lead to additional charges or penalties.
6. Cultural Sensitivity
- Guests are expected to respect the local customs, traditions, and way of life. This includes dressing modestly in rural areas, respecting local festivals or rituals, and refraining from behaviour that could offend the local community.
- Photography: Ask for permission before taking photos of local people, their homes, or during cultural events.
7. Liability
- Personal Responsibility: While we strive to ensure the safety and security of our guests, we cannot be held liable for personal injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during your stay.
8. Changes to Itinerary
- Due to the nature of rural and agro-tourism, certain activities may be subject to weather conditions, local events, or availability. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary without prior notice for the safety and comfort of our guests.
- If changes are required, we will provide an alternative experience or activity of equal value.
9. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is at 12:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be subject to additional charges and are subject to availability.
10. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in designated non-smoking areas. Violation of this policy will result in fines and possible removal from the property without a refund.
11. Damage to Property
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by their negligence or actions. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
12. Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. Refunds or alternative travel options will be offered in such cases.
13. Complaints and Disputes
- If you have any issues during your stay, please report them to our staff immediately, and we will do our best to resolve them.
14. Children and Pets
- Children are welcome, but parents/guardians are responsible for their supervision at all times.
- Pets are not allowed unless specified in advance or part of a specific package.
15. Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
